Yornew’s industry 4.0 manufacturing platform is an integrated, end-to-end process with real industrial equipment capable of working with real products. The cell has all the components found in state-of-the-arstate-of-the-art smart manufacturing and is used to train students of all levels about smart anufacturing automation and Industry 4.0 concepts.

Centered around an AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot), the system integrates automated storage, robotics, CNC mill machining, CNC lathe maching,laser marking, visual inspection,software for monitoring and control,sorting and palletizing so learners gain hands-on experience and are able to implement the skills and smarts they learn in the workplace.

The ASRS system includes a dedicated 4 axis robot that transfers parts between storage cells and conveyor pallets. The ASRS is controlled and monitored from the central management console. The ASRS can include RFID, other inventory and location tracking devices.

Autonomous mobile robots loads part to laser marking system from the CNC mill, can marking machine tackles difficult materials such as plastics, highly reflective metals, and heat sensitive materials.When maching finishes,robot unloads part to next station.
